Faulty Playbase

My playbase suddenly stopped working after 5 years. I had it connected to my wifi, and via optical to the TV. I can find it with my phone, but unable to connect. I have tried to reset it to factory settings, but still have the same issue. Image below shows a message «check nettwork connection».

As a bit of a guess, maybe it’s a faulty WiFi adapter in the Playbase - Have you tried it wired to the network to see if it then works? If it does work when wired only, then submit a system diagnostic (whilst it’s wired/working) and either note/post it’s reference back here and then contact/chat with Sonos Support Staff via this LINK  and see what the Staff can suggest to resolve the issue.
