You have several potential issues. Sonos doesn’t design their sound bars, including the Beam, for use with projectors, so you’re likely going to end up with a long HDMI cable between the projector and the speaker, which needs to be near the projected image, and not the device projecting the image. Also, Sonos works via the ARC signal carried by HDMI cables, but you need to be sure that your projector can has this capability.

If not, you’re likely going to need to fall back to a simple HDMI switch that has an optical output, and be restricted to Dolby digital. You’d at that point be dealing with an optical (S/PDIF) signal/cable, that would go from that switch to the adapter that plugs in to your Sonos. There are dozens of threads in this forum about people who have done this sort of setup, you can certainly read up on more specifics.
