I went from Sonos One as surround sound to Era100 as surround sound, with an Arc and sub. The Era will not play when setup as surround sound. I’m playing the same content that worked on the Sonos ones. ( Dolby Digital 5.1). Tried to remove surround sound and setup multiple times with no luck. I have been using Sonos for years and very familiar with app. Is anyone having the same issue? Thanks.

What does the Sonos app say you are playing when you provide 5.1 content?
Issue resolved. I had to reboot the device I was playing content from. Thanks.
