I have everything set up, AirPlay works perfectly, but with the TV (eARC) it doesn't work as a rear speaker. Any ideas or suggestions? Please.

Can you confirm that you have added the two Era 300’s as surround speakers and what Sonos soundbar you have?

And that if you’re using AirPlay 2, it is being sent to an Apple TV before it goes into the TV set and ultimately the Sonos Arc?
