Hi, has anyone else noticed the recent update has reduced the sound from the Era 300s in a surround setup with the Arc? The volume seemes much lower and less oomph to it? I’ve even re-tuned the truplay to no effect. I have to now increased the EQ settings to almost max on the surrounds to get the same output from them as prior to the update?

Make sure your surrounds are set to “Full” stereo for music. They will automatically go to the proper configuration for surround mode when playing a movie.
