Do you have the 300s as two stereo pairs or as singles?

Are the Subs bonded to tne 300s or the Arc?

If you un-Group them which still make the noises?

Are the noises only in TV mode or also streaming mode?

Also, have you called Sonos Support to discuss it? What did they tell you?

When watching TV grouped rooms may suffer from signal drops which could cause the noise you are describing.  One pair of 300s should be added to the Arc Ultra as surrounds.  Are you trying to group the other 300s in another room to listen to the same TV sound being played from the Arc Ultra?

EDIT:  Just tried it here where I grouped a pair of Move speakers while my surround system ( Arc-Sub-300s ) was playing TV sound.  Worked OK here.  The Move pair was one room away from the TV room.

I do remember trying this a few years ago in an attempt hear the news while eating dinner in the kitchen area.  At that time the speakers in the kitchen suffered from dropouts.
