My Sonos era 300 is having severe glitchy audio skips. It’s apart of a surround sound setup with an arc, sub and another era 300. One era 300 works the other doesn’t. I took a video and recorded the audio of the issue, but unfortunately can’t upload that here. Anyone have experience with this?

Try unplugging the Arc and affected Era 300 from power for about a minute. If this doesn’t fix the issue, consider removing both Era 300s as surrounds, swapping them, and re-adding them.
