Living room with arc sub 2 sl’s, office with an era 300. Era 300 disappears from iPhone app. Have restarted router and speakers, still happens. Switch off iPhone and switch it on again makes it come back. Is odd, am currently restarting my iPhone multiple times a day just to get the era 300 to appear in the Sonos app

Are you using more than one wireless access point? If so, try switching off any of those other AP’s (accept the router of course) and see if that resolves the issue.
If it’s just the router wireless AP in use, then try switching off things like ‘Private Address’ and ‘WiFi calling’ on the iPhone, or check there is no security software on the phone, such as VPN, Firewall etc; getting in the way of ‘device discovery’ by the Sonos App.
It also might be worth assigning all your network devices reserved IP addresses in your router’s DHCP table, check your router’s manual on instructions how to do so.
