Have a small ‘mancave’ with a gen 1 beam, sub mini and ones as rear surrounds. Is it worth upgrading to Era 100’s for the surrounds? Would they make a noticeable difference?

You won’t hear a huge difference, but the Era 100s will give you better bass performance and a slightly wider rear soundstage.
