Dolby Atmos issues on Philips TV and Beam Gen2

Cannot get beam to play dolby atmos, constantly says Stereo PCM in the app.

Running demos on YouTube and content on Rakuten.

Tried all options in settings but not changing. Has anyone else come across this problem.

Sonos say its the TV and Philips just take away the issue and look into it.

I don't know about Rakuten,  but YouTube "Atmos" content is really 2.0 PCM.  YouTube downgrades all audio to 2.0.  


Thanks for the comment, I'll try and find some content that is defo Atmos.


If you can play videos from a USB drive, some of the Dolby Atmos Trailers on YouTube have downloads in their links that are real Atmos content.
