Dolby Atmos disable with other speakers

I received the Arc Ultra a month ago and it works wonderfully my Sub 4 and my Era 100 in my living room. When I listen to Amazon  music in Dolby Atmos it's really perfect. But if I then décide to add my sonos speakers in the dining room or elseware, then the Dolby Atmos in the living room mute the sound for a second and then comes back in HD only. I don't understand this.

AIUI, when grouped, the speakers will all play at the lowest common format - eg Ones in the group will limit the whole group to HD.

Note that is only for Music sources.  With TV sources, Atmos will play in the main room, and a (horrible) stereo downmix of all channels (Fronts, Surrounds, Atmos) will play in the other room(s).
