Hello, I have a question about starting my home theater.
I currently have an LG UQ8050 TV, it has HDMI EARC, I also have an Apple TV 4K 2022.
I want to buy a Sonos Beam Gen 2, or a Sonos ARC.
Will I be able to enjoy Dolby Atmos? I understand that it would work because I have the EARC port on the TV.

Both support Atmos but only the Arc has dedicated height channels.
You see a similar thing with surrounds, the Era-100 and Era-300 support Atmos but onlt the 300 had dedicated channels.
Best sound Arc, Sub and 2x300s. Optional a second Sub.
Least expensive Beam (Gen 2 only) mini-Sub 2x100s.
Or you can have any combination as long as both surrounds are identical.
