Does my TV support e-arc

I just hooked up my new arc ultra to my equally new lg b4 83 inch tv. Although my new lg is described as having an e-arc hdmi connection, it only says ARC on one of the HDMI’s I plugged into. I haven’t been able to verify in my app or on the tv or my Sonos app on my phone that I’m receiving Dolby atmos signal when I play an atmos  source such as the movie A Star is Born(Lady Gaga).
‘The sound is good but the spatial separation is weak  I did set it up through true Play

You can verify the format of the TV source on the Now Playing screen of the Sonos app.
