Hi. Installing a new system. For some reason it has established 2 systems on the same router. This means I cannot connect my 100s to the Arc Ultra (system2) as surround sound because they are claimed by system1. Tried  ‘forget’ function multiple times. Doesn’t work. Cannot find help completely deleting a system anywhere. HELP!!

Factory reset the devices you want to have in the other system. Then let the app forget the unwanted system. Restart app and make sure it’s connected to the correct system. Then add the speakers you have done a reset on before to the system and set them up as rearspeakers for the Arc Ultra.

“It” did it for the reason that “it” did what you told “it” to do, rather than what you meant for it to do. But you should be fine doing what @Schlumpf says 😜
