Crackling/Static on Sonos Beam

Hi All


Just received a new Sonos Beam today. Everything working ok with exception of crackling/static sound when using Xbox Series X. Issue goes away if I revert to stereo sound but clearly this is not a solution.

I can see many have been complaining about this. Is there a fix? Should note all other sources are fine including Sky, PS5.

Hey there; I don't yet have a workaround but I got a series X today and I too notice a crackling on button presses in the menus.  

using a Beam too btw. 

especially on “B” going back a level. 

you say it's common? It's good knowing it's not “just me”. Hopefully a fix incoming.
