I have a Sonos Arc and am using a Harmony elite remote to control it.  I would like to also use my Tivo remote to control the volume on the Arc.  I have read in several places the Sonos will only allow 1 remote.  Is that correct, and if not how do set it up?

My playbase responds to my TV, Satellite, DVD and Fire Cube remotes.

You need to setup the Harmony remote to control your TiVo box and when the IR codes are the same then setup either remote to control the Arc. See this link:

As both remotes use the same IR codes each should then control the Arc.

The other method is to ignore IR control altogether and simply use HDMI CEC to control the Arc volume instead.. just ensure CEC is enabled on your TiVo and all devices are connected over HDMI, with the TV as the main hub.

The Sonos recognizes one ‘set’ of IR codes. It has no knowledge about the device that sends those IR codes.
