My Arc, sub and both era 300’s are on surround sound and I can’t connect via Bluetooth
I’ve followed Sonos instructions but still can’t connect.
Any ideas please.

Moderator edit: added Arc detail from user profile, and corrected Era 500 to Era 300
The Arc itself doesn’t support bluetooth, and when using Era speaker as rearspeakers in a surround setup Airplay, line in and also bluetooth functionality is disabled.
