Hey Sonos Community,
I have receintly purchased a Sonos Ray soundbar to use it on my BenQ 850i Projector but can’t seem to get any sound. Any advise that’s very techinical.

The words “can’t seem to get any sound” do not help much. What have you tried? Any fault codes? Do you get sound from other sources (Spotify or such)? The Ray needs to be connected via an optical cable. Did you connect it this way?

Does the BenQ 850i have an optical output, and is it turned on? How is your Sonos connected to the BenQ?
