Hi everyone. I connected two surround speakers to the Arc Ultra. In the Sonos app, one speaker was added as the left surround and the other as the right surround. However, it’s not possible to set up Trueplay — it says that the speaker cannot be found.
At the same time, with the Beam Gen 2, the One speakers connect without any problems and work perfectly.

I rebooted Arc Ultra and iPhone. Without changes. Everything is connected in the app. In fact, they don't work, the indicator is green.
Try a complete network refresh. Power off all the speakers and your router. After a minute, power up the router. When it is fully running and wifi is established, power up the Arc. When it is running, power the surrounds.

"Alex1486 ... The solid green light usually means the speakers are muted, but it can also indicate they are 'active' on the network but not properly bonded to the Arc Ultra as a Home Theater group.
I had a similar issue where Trueplay failed because one speaker had accidentally been assigned to a different 'Room' in the app. Even if they look connected, Sonos won't bridge them for Trueplay unless they are strictly bonded as Surrounds.
Before doing a full 'pinhole' reset of your router (which is a pain), try this:
Remove the surrounds in the app settings so the Ones show up as independent speakers.
Check the 'Room' names: Make sure they aren't floating in a 'Living Room 2' etc.
Re-bond them to the Arc Ultra from scratch.
Check WiFi Settings: Ensure 'Enable WiFi' is selected on the Arc Ultra settings (even if you use Ethernet), as it needs this to 'talk' to the surrounds.
If that fails, the network refresh mentioned by @nik9669a is the best next step!"
