I have a new LG CX tv and the Sonos Arc arrived today. I have connected it with the HDMI cable to the eARC HDMI on the tv and chnaged the audio setting to eARC. However I am getting no sound from the ARC speaker. The Sonos App simply tells me that ARC Mode is not connected. What do I do next?

Set your TV settings to this:
Sound Out: HDMI ARC
HDMI Input Audio Format: Bitstream
Digital Sound Out: Pass Through
eARC: on
Auto Device Detection: On
Simplink (HDMI-cec): On
Auto Power Sync: Off
