After you set them up as different rooms, you can select either speaker and tap the speaker icon with a “1” on it. This will bring up a page with both speakers. Select the other speaker and tap “Apply” at the bottom of the page.

I am assuming you are referring to the Beam Gen 2?

You can add a PAIR of speakers as surrounds to soundbars, but you can only group a single 300 with the Beam, or any other soundbar and the Amp.

This would enable them to play the same audio, but there will be a 75ms delay between the Beam and 300, when watching TV
