I cannot connect my playbar to my Sonia system and if I try to reset it it does not flash green afterwards what do I do

I was creating a new system under a different email and liking all my products to it but my name playbar will not reset it flashes whit and orange but then the led just turns off the app has no trace of the product being there
The status light will flash orange and white when your Sonos product is updating… but…
If you’re resetting your Sonos product, the status light will flash orange and white while the reset is in progress.
In a few rare cases, a flashing orange and white status light indicates a fault condition.
i would give the push-button factory reset procedure another go and if still no luck then maybe contact the Sonos Support Staff via this LINK.
