Just bought an arc soundbar and trying to connect it to a Samsung Q series via hdmi arc port and system thinks the soundbar is a now tv device. Soundbar works fine as a speaker but can’t connect it to tv. Any ideas anyone?

Disconnect the Arc from the TV. Make sure Anynet+ is enabled in the TV settings. Then run TV Setup in the Sonos app and follow the instructions.
