cannot use era300 as surround system

I have Sonos arc sub and era300. I want to use as a home theatre system.but my era 300s cannot connect with as a surround sounds. Message always come era’s Bluetooth and Line-in unavailable. but Bluetooth already connected and . Waste hours and dates to fixing this. but still same. Please advise me how to fix this? Thanks.

Adding speakers as surround does not involve Bluetooth or Line in, so the message you are getting is a tad confusing. Are you following these steps? https://support.sonos.com/article/add-surround-speakers-to-a-sonos-home-theater

When Era 300s are used as surrounds, the line in, Bluetooth and center speaker are disabled. If you are getting Bluetooth is already connected, you have not paired the 300s as surrounds. Maybe they are setup as another room?

To get them paired as surrounds, you will need to separate the stereo pairing and add them from the Arcs settings.
