A new system, connected Arc to TV via wifi, tried setting up sub via the wifi, it goes thru the set up and for finish up with an orange/red light when I power on

 

Any ideas welcome

If you unplug the Sub for about a minute and plug it back in, what color is the LED light? Is it solid or blinking? Do you see it listed in your System in the Sonos app?
