Can't pair mu new sub min with my sonos arc, after the update the app ,after running the proceses to pair, I get a message that said I need to check my network o check if my system it’s on, doe any one knows how to fix this problem?

Any luck? It’s the new app. If Sonos doesn’t delete that and put the old app back up and tell everyone to delete it till it’s fixed tech support will be a disaster. I can’t connect my sub to my arc anymore. Have to call Monday alone with everyone to probably be lied to instead of them just dumping this app till it’s fixed
