Can’t Find My Sub Gen3

Hello

after the sonos app update , i did an update to arc and after update the arc can’t find the sub 

i try everything , restart app, restart router , restart Sub to default settings and still not work, its say the sub is on the same network and the sub login successfully to Family Room but in Family room i see only the arc.. please help me with this i try like 2-3 says to fix this without any success 🤷🏽‍♂️
