I have a Sony Bravia TV with no HDMI Arc but the optical cable port. I have my beam plugged in to this port. The TV has lost all sound and tells me that an audio device is connected so it knows the Beam is there. The Sonos app tells me that no signal is detected. I'm at my wits end. It's all plugged in correctly but the Beam is not playing ball.

If you’re using the single or the connector from the Beam to the optical port of your TV, that should work, but in this case that it’s not, please submit a diagnostic and respond with the confirmation number. This way we can identify the cause of this issue.
