Hello Community, 

I’ve followed the connection instructions for Arc to TV through the app.  I have no success.  

I’ve switched TV off, app off, tired different HDMI cables.  Still fail. 

Help…?

Are there any other devices connected to the TV? If so, disconnect those devices, including the Arc, and try the TV Setup process again. Also be sure Simplink (CEC) is enabled on the TV.


Thx Rashi - an apple TV box which had disconnected.  There is a DVD player connected as well although this hasn’t been turned on in months!   I will disconnect and try again….
