HARD TO TELL, IT COULD BE YOUR TV SENDING THAT SIGNAL TO IT.
On the other hand, there’s other possibilities that could be discussed, without the equivalent of shouting. Have you tried submitting a diagnostic, and contacting Sonos directly? Is there any chance of an electrical device near it causing interference with the drivers for the speakers? How is it connected to your TV set? What kind of TV is it? What kind of signal is it receiving, stereo, or Dolby Digital?
