I see this is a common problem. My first Sanos product, a Beam Gen 2, will not update. I've tried all suggestions re turning stuff off, giving it a dedicated IP, tried WiFi and wired, tried 2 iOS devices and 2 Android devices, same issue on all!!!!

 

WTF won't this work and WTF won't Sanos admit this problem and fix it!!??!!

 

This will be my first and last Sanos purchase and will be returning it Monday
