I have a Beam connected via HDMI ARC to a Vizio TV. Recently the volume on the Beam has to be turned almost all the way up to get a normal volume level I can hear. This is an issue with all streaming apps on Roku and also tried on Fire Stick and same issue with it. Anyone know what the issue could be?

I’d be looking at the settings on your Vizio. Although honestly, I don’t recall that either of the two Vizios I own have a fixed/variable setting for HDMI output, just for the digital / optical out.
Might be worth double checking the HDMI cable, too. Just in case it’s failing. Certainly re-seating the cable at both ends might be fine, too, if it’s a corrosion issue.
I checked the HDMI cable and plugged it back in. The audio settings on the TV haven’t changed at all.
