Beam voice control turns on tv but not SkyQ

That can’t be managed by your Sonos device. It just sends a cec command to the tv to turn it on or off. All the rest is managed by cec settings of the tv and the connected devices. There should be settings for cec behavior on both devices to setup if they are allowed to turn on/ off other devices and if they can be controlled by other devices themselves.
