My beam played music yesterday when connected to group with two roams and one move.  The beam also worked last night when connected to TV.  It will still work with TV, but not working when connected to group for music.  The beam is connect both on laptop and phone app.

I’d recommend starting by rebooting your router, as well as each Sonos speaker - this should refresh the connections across the network.

If you’re still having trouble, are you able to play music to the Beam on its own, without the grouped Roams and Move?


Thank you so much for responding!  I will save your reply if there is a next time.  I tried to add it to the group again a couple of hours later and it worked.  Odd, but I’m glad!
