Hi
Welcome to the Sonos Community!
Please disconnect any other HDMI devices from the TV, then unplug the TV and Beam from power for 30 seconds.
Switch TV and Beam back on and test.
If you now get TV audio from the Beam, great. You’ll then need to reconnect each device back to the TV, one at a time, and test after each device is connected.
Once you have identified the device causing the problem, see if you can disable CEC on it. CEC might be called something else, but if you do an internet search for the device’s name and CEC, you’ll probably find instructions. If no option to disable CEC can be found, you’ll need to get a CEC-less HDMI adaptor to strip the CEC from the HDMI connection physically. They are cheap.
If this doesn’t help, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
