Good morning. I'm trying to install my Sonos Beam 2 on the Sonos app. after the wifi connection step I got a message saying your beam has been imported but may not appear in your audio system. I tried to do a factory reset and still get the same message. The Sonos Beam does not appear in the application and I cannot configure it or install Alexa. any ideas to solve this problem? THANKS
