The answer from me (and many others, I expect) is:

it depends on the film content, the room acoustics, the sensitivity your ears have for different sound frequencies, and your personal preference.

Yes appreciate that , I have a beam gen 2 and 2 x 100 era speakers so all make a triangle effect.
I was just asking for a rough guide Thankyou

Even if others posted their settings, it may not be beneficial to you. Not only is @nik9669a correct about how we each perceive sound differently, but our homes and rooms are different. Wall materials, floor materials furniture etc, all affect the sound speakers produce.

Just as you stated you have your treble set at +9, I would get very fatigued listening to that. My system EQ is mostly flat, and I also have a Sub.

There is no guide. Use Trueplay to tune the speakers to your room and adjust the EQ to your liking.
