beam connection

My beam is all connected to new RV, in Arc port, app up to date and connected, showing as tv on app but still no sound ? Double checked everything done as should . What’s happening ?

What is an RV? A new recreational vehicle of some type?

Your Beam is connected to the ARC port, is CEC (or whatever your TV manufacturer calls it) turned on? Have you rebooted both the TV by unplugging it (turning off with a remote does not reboot it) for two minutes, and the Sonos Beam? Have you checked the TV for updates? Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?

Mor information would be great to have.

What model TV do you have?

Are there any streaming devices? If so, what are they?

Have you done any input and audio settings?

Have you set the output on the relevision to be external AV receiver or something of the sort?
