What is an RV? A new recreational vehicle of some type?
Your Beam is connected to the ARC port, is CEC (or whatever your TV manufacturer calls it) turned on? Have you rebooted both the TV by unplugging it (turning off with a remote does not reboot it) for two minutes, and the Sonos Beam? Have you checked the TV for updates? Have you called Sonos Support directly to discuss it?
