Which version of the Beam, the first generation, or the second generation? Which version of the Sonos OS is it running? What device is your controller running on, and what OS is it running? Which LG OLED TV model do you have? Is it up to date with the latest firmware from LG? How is your Beam connected to your network, is it wired with an Ethernet cable, or does it connect to your WiFi? Have you submitted a diagnostic to Sonos support and contacted them about it? I’ve probably missed a key question, but those details might help us help you in some way, even if it merely nixes a possibility.

The fix was updating the firmware on the AppleTV.
