We have the Sonos ARC connected from our TV using HDMI eARC but we have terrible lip sync issues. All audio settings on Sky Q, TV and Sonos App have been updated to try and resolve the lip sync but the only thing we can do is to set the Sky Q Audio to Normal instead of Dolby Digital Plus.
This means that we invested in the Sonos ARC to have no better sound output than we would with any cheaper soundbar. Why do we need to watch movies that have Dolby Atmos sound with Normal audio settings? Doesn’t that defeat the object of having the Sonos ARC?
Are Sonos going to fix this issue?
