Can 4 sonos one’s be used in a surround setup with an Arc soundbar?

No, you can only use two surround speakers with the Arc. I would also recommend using two One SLs instead of the Ones to save some money since you won’t be able to use the microphones on the Ones when they are connected as surround speakers.
