I am trying to replace my Beam gen 1 home theatre with Arc Ultra soundbar. The two surrounds (gen 1 ones) and Sub Gen 2 will not connect to Ultra, yet have no problem connecting to Beam. I have reset the speakers, connected via ethernet to router and still no luck. Any suggestions? I have contacted tech support and still no luck.

Did you disconnect them from the Beam before trying the Arc setup?
Try powering the Beam down when trying the new connection.
Try powering down ALL Sonos rebooting router and controller then powering just the Arc and surrounds, add the surrounds first then add the Sub.
Try it the other way around if you still have issues.
