Arc Ultra Surround

My arc ultra is connected to my Samsung TV by ehdmi and works fine. I can set up my Era300s (2) as stand alone speakers but when I set them up as surround with my arc ultra it shows connection issues with the eras. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Is the Arc connected via Ethernet?  If so, the WiFi still needs to be turned on for the Arc, because the surrounds connection still requires WiFi.

Are you separating the 300 stereo pair prior to setting them up as surrounds?

Yes, it’s only when I set them up as surround with the Arc.

What does the network connection look like in the app's Settings?

Everything seems good there.

That looks better than most of my Sonos, you may have an interference issue with the private/hidden Sonos 5 gHz surround/sub network.

About all you can do is try and find what is causing the problem or wait for the issue and submit a diagnostic and call Sonos to have it looked at.
