I had a little fun with my Arc Ultra/Sub 4/Era 300 setup + Apple TV + Hisense c2 ultra.
However I have a problem that is ... annoying.
When I turn on my Apple TV using the Apple remote, the sound bar starts up fine. However, I have no sound with the “earc / automatic” setting. 

To get sound again I either have to change my source manually, but I lose the surround sound of the Era300, or deactivate/activate the “earc” in the projector settings. 

For your information, I have a 10M HDMI cable between the sound bar and my video projector: https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B08TGH1HDR

It's only a few seconds each time you turn it on, but ... it's not smooth and it's bothering me a bit. Do you have any solutions?

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with the audio not starting on your Arc Ultra when you turn on your Projector.

The maximum recommended length of a HDMI cable used for eARC is 5m - please test with the supplied, shorter cable to see if this is the cause of the issue you are experiencing.

I found a solution, for the moment it's work (finger cross).

I just buy a new hdmi cable but 7.5m (https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B0C2WJ89SW)
