When I first turn on my television, the Arc Ultra sounds “choppy” (for lack of a better word).  If I happen to look at YouTube, for instance, the sound is terrible, it happens every time I turn it on.    Once i tune in to a show that has Dolby Atmos, it corrects itself. . . Sounds great.. .and then works fine for anything t I watch afterwards.  I’d like to fix it, if possible.   I use Apple TV 4K, Samsung Q90R (2019).  Thanks in advance.

Seems odd, while I don’t own an Arc Ultra to compare, I don’t have this issue on either Arc I do have.

The next time it happens, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. But don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
