ARC Ultra has problem with HDMI eARC, while Arc have none

My setup: Velarion Projector Pro 2 - 40ft fiber optical HDMI cable - Sonos Arc/Sonos Arc Ultra

The Ultra has a problem that the sound is stopped intermittently. see the video:

 

Meanwhile, the original Sonos Arc has no problem, see the video:

 

Those videos are playing when eARC is disabled from projector. If eARC is on, no sound at all, even from the original Arc.

Used a copper 40ft HDMI cable, no sound at all. I had to change to optical HDMI cable.

Have been playing a lot with settings in the projector, still in vain.

I need to use the Ultra. What should I do?

Any suggestions? Thanks

The fact that you get no sound from either sound bar when eARC is enabled on the projector says to me that the problem has more to do with your projector and less to do with the Arc Ultra.

The fact that you get no sound from either sound bar when eARC is enabled on the projector says to me that the problem has more to do with your projector and less to do with the Arc Ultra.
