I have a Arc with mini sub on a Phillips tv. Sometimes, cut the sounds out for +- 2 seconds and comeback, but than is the sounds a little up. I don t Why. Maybe someone ?

Hard to tell from the data provided. It could be a TV issue (Philips are known to have issues), could be a WiFi issue. I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.
