I disconnected my cable box and now my tv won’t see the arc hdmi connection. Please help! I called and discounted everything multiple times no luck

If you didn't unplug everything from the power outlet go back and try that, two minutes is usually a safe time to leave things unplugged.
The on / standby button often fails to trigger a proper reset.
