Why I try to set up my arc to my tv it is not being detected by the tv (LG CX latest firmware). Replaced HDMI cables. Unplugged everting. CEC is active. It’s driving me NUTS. Any clue of why it’s not working with the TV?

Arc to earc HDMI issue

Try powering off the TV and Arc (fully) for a few minutes and then try again - toggle Simplink off/on again aswell in the TV settings and ensure you’re connected to the correct port (usually HDMI-2 on LG TV’s).

It’s may also be best to temporarily unplug your other connected HDMI devices from the TV during the initial setup, just so that they do not try to steal CEC focus away from the Arc.
