If you are asking if you can use an Amp with “wireless” in-ceiling speakers, the answer is no. Regardless if it is used as surrounds, the amp is an amplifier that powers passive speakers via speaker wire, just like standard amplifiers. Your in-ceiling speakers would need to be wired back to the Amp.

You are overthinking the whole thing.
A Sonos home theater Room can be multiple physical devices but operates as a single audio system.
So an Arc for the front l/r/c/h channels.
Add an Amp and passive speakers for surrounds or two (non-portable) Sonos speakers, if Atmos you can also have surround height channels.
Toss in one or two Subs to add impact.
All acting as one but you can tweak levels and such to match your room.

The Amp will be bonded to the Arc as surrounds to make a single Home Theater room. The overall volume can be controlled with the TV remote or the Sonos app. The app can also be used to adjust individual component (surrounds/sub) output for TV and/or Music.
Here’s the steps to set this up:
- Add the Arc soundbar to your system. Give it the name you wish to call the room (Living Room, Media Room, etc.) Configure for your TV.
- Wire your Amp to your surround speakers and use the app to add it to your system. Name it whatever you like (the name is temporary).
- Go to Settings, choose the Room that has the Arc, and choose “Set up Surrounds”.
- When prompted, select the Amp as your surround speakers and follow the prompts.
You will now have a room named whatever you chose in #1 that contains the Arc + surrounds (Amp). It will play the audio from whatever TV you connected the Arc to with surround sound coming out of the surrounds.
Do note the Amp will accept wireless for input BUT the Amp to speaker connection requires wiring with the properly rated wire.
To my knowledge, there isn’t an in wall/in ceiling wireless speaker. They all require an amplified signal, and as I’m aware, all have to be wired to an amplifier of some type. And even a ‘wireless’ in wall/in ceiling speaker, if such a thing exists, needs a power source. And Sonos’ battery powered speakers both have to be charged, and can’t be used as surround speakers.
